RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY

The Board of Directors of Excelpoint Technology Ltd ("the Company") wishes to announce that Mr Tan Cher Liang and Ms Lynn Wan Tiew Leng have been appointed Company Secretaries in place of Ms Nita Sim Geok Hoon who has resigned as Company Secretary on 7 October 2004.
