RESULTS OF SIXTH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Board of Directors of Excelpoint Technology Ltd ("the Company") is pleased to announce that at the Sixth Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 18 April 2007, all resolutions relating to matters set out in the Notice of the Sixth Annual General Meeting dated 2 April 2007 were duly passed.

It was noted that Mr. David Chia Tian Beng has retired as an Independent Director of the Company at the close of the Sixth Annual General Meeting held on 18 April 2007. The Board would like to express its sincere appreciation for the invaluable services and contributions during his tenure as Independent Director of the Company.
