NOTICE OF BOOKS CLOSURE AND DIVIDEND PAYMENT DATES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of EXCELPOINT TECHNOLOGY LTD (the "Company") will be closed on 7 May 2007 for the preparation of dividend warrants in respect of a first and final tax exempt one-tier dividend of 0.50 cents per ordinary share for the financial year ended 31 December 2006.

Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company's Share Registrar, Lim Associates (Pte) Ltd, 3 Church Street #08-01 Samsung Hub, Singapore 049483 up to 5.00 p.m. on 4 May 2007 will be registered to determine shareholders' entitlements to the said dividend. Members whose Securities Accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with shares at 5.00 p.m. on 4 May 2007 will be entitled to the dividend, which was approved at the AGM held on 18 April 2007. The dividend will be paid on 22 May 2007.
