Notice of Books Closure and Dividend Payment Dates

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of Excelpoint Technology Ltd ("the Company") will be closed on 28 April 2006 for the preparation of dividend warrants in respect of a first and final tax exempt one-tier dividend of 5% (0.25 cents) per ordinary share for the financial year ended 31 December 2005.

Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company's Share Registrar, Lim Associates (Pte) Ltd, 10 Collyer Quay #19-08 Ocean Building, Singapore 049315 up to 5.00 p.m. on 27 April 2006 will be registered to determine shareholders' entitlements to the said dividend. Members whose Securities Accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with shares at 5.00 p.m. on 27 April 2006 will be entitled to the dividend, which was approved at the AGM held on 19 April 2006. The dividend will be paid on 18 May 2006.
