Results of Fifth Annual General Meeting

The Board of Directors of Excelpoint Technology Ltd ("the Company") is pleased to announce that at the Fifth Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 19 April 2006, all resolutions relating to matters set out in the Notice of the Fifth Annual General Meeting dated 3 April 2006 were duly passed.

It was noted that Mr. Gay Chee Cheong has retired as an Independent Director of the Company at the close of the Fifth Annual General Meeting held on 19 April 2006. The Board would like to express its sincere appreciation for the invaluable services and contributions during his tenure as Independent Director of the Company.
