Revised Books Closure Date

Further to the announcement released on 19 April 2006, the date of the Books Closure in respect of a first and final tax exempt one-tier dividend of 5% (0.25 cents) per ordinary share for the financial year ended 31 December 2005 will be revised to 8 May 2006.

Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company's Share Registrar, Lim Associates (Pte) Ltd, 10 Collyer Quay #19-08 Ocean Building, Singapore 049315 up to 5.00 p.m. on 5 May 2006, will be registered to determine shareholders' entitlements to the said dividend. Members whose Securities Accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with shares at 5.00 p.m. on 5 May 2006 will be entitled to the dividend, which was approved at the AGM held on 19 April 2006.

The dividend payment date will remain as 18 May 2006.
