SECTION MANAGER (ESPL Singapore)

Job Scope:

Manage a team of Field Applications Engineers (FAE)
Responsible for the Demand Creation activities of each FAE & his/her product line
Provide guidance to each FAE during the course of work
Drive the demand creation in Singapore & regional ASEAN countries

Pre-requisites:

Degree or diploma in Electronics Engineering or equivalent
At least 5 years of combined working experience as either a FAE, Applications Engineer/Manager, or Field/Technical Sales Manager
Has good technical knowledge in Microcontroller
Has good market knowledge for MCU business opportunities
Able to travel on short notice
Possess own transport and valid class 3 driving license

SENIOR / SALES ENGINEER

Job Scope:

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the incumbent shall be responsible for :

Achieving sales revenue targets through new customers acquisition
Developing and implementing market penetration plans and strategies to grow new markets and new named accounts
Attending to sales enquiries and generation of quotations
Working closely with marketing / product / support team to develop, present, assess, design, and recommend security solutions to customers
Being one of the contact points for customers to address issues, and working towards resolution of any problems raised
Taking ownership of customer problems from start to resolution

Pre-requisites:

Min 2 years experience in component sales
Min Diploma in Electronics
Good knowledge in electronic component products market
Possess excellent presentation skills & a relentless attitude
Must have good communication & interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and resourceful with strong demonstrated leadership qualities
Capable of performing in a high paced environment
Must possess own car

SENIOR SALES ENGINEER / ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER

Job Scope:

To be based in Vietnam. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the incumbent shall be responsible for :

Develops businesses with both existing customers as well as new customers
Taking care of customers’ requirements
Follow up on customers’ orders, shipments, payments & etc
Promoting and/or selling of electronic components products
Organises and conducts presentations to potential and existing customers
Attends to sales enquiries and generation of quotations
Prepares weekly sales reports and attends to after-sales servicing
Explores business opportunities and expands market share
Able to work with HQ at Singapore

Pre-requisites:

Min 3 years experience in component sales
Min Diploma in Electronics / Technical Engineering
Good knowledge in electronic component products market
Possess excellent presentation skills

FIELD APPLICATIONS ENGINEER (ADI, ESPL Singapore)

There are various openings of Field Applications Engineers in charge of analogue products.

This candidate is to apply first class design knowledge to identify, define and develop solutions to drive new design-in activity at potential customers. The main role is to provide a proactive level of technical and design applications support to our customers and sales teams, resulting in future business growth through design win success. Key objectives are to achieve a full understanding of our product offering and the value of our products for our customers. This also includes identification of new applications & markets for existing products, feedback on competitive market/technical trends and definition support for future products or technical adjustments to current products where needed.

Job Scope:

Responsible for creating business opportunities with potential customer
Takes care of customers in Asia Pacific region
Provides technical support to customer during their R & D cycles

Pre-requisites:

Degree or diploma in Electronics Engineering or equivalent
More than 1 year of relevant working experience is preferred
Has the initiative to create new business opportunities & resolve current customers’ concern
Has R & D/FAE experience at work is preferred
Has good analog electronics background is preferred
Has good knowledge in amplifiers, data converters, audio & video ICs id preferred
Able to work independently and also contribute in the team
Has very positive attitude towards the required responsibilities

FIELD APPLICATIONS ENGINEER (ESPL Singapore, Malaysia & Philippines)

Job Scope:

Takes care of customers in Asia Pacific region
Provides technical support to customer during their R & D cycles

Pre-requisites:

Degree or diploma in Electronics Engineering or equivalent
Min 3 years of relevant working experience is preferred
Has the initiative to create new business opportunities & resolve current customers’ concern
Has R & D / FAE / ‘C’ programming experience at work is preferred
Has DSP programming background is preferred
Able to travel on short notice
Possess own transport and valid driving license
Able to work independently and also contribute in the team

SENIOR / HARDWARE ENGINEER

Job Scope:

You will be responsible to develop and debug hardware solution in both digital and analog application
You are also required to draft and perform DVT & reliability testing and component sourcing for solution as well as provide customer support during design and production phase

Pre-requisites:

Diploma or Degree in Computer/Electronics/Electrical Engineering
Min 2 years of hardware development experience in both digital and analog design
Knowledge of EMI/EMC/ESD Testing
Self-motivated and team player

JUNIOR / SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEERS (ESPL Singapore)

Job Scope:

Software Development in Micro Controller and DSP
Driver, Application and Utilities Development in embedded system
Software Development for Production and Hardware Reliability Test

Pre-requisites:

Degree in Engineering / Computer Engineering with min 2 years of relevant
experience
Proficient in C/C++ Programming
Fluent in Embedded System Software Development
Exposure to embedded RTOS, Smart Card, Bluetooth, GPS, Wireless LAN and
UWB are added advantages
