The ADI/TTPcom mobile platform is a leading mobile terminal technology with a wide range of coverage from GSM to GPRS to edge and 3G. Its maturity, performance and open architecture are proven and are endorsed by most of the world's mobile manufacturers.

Excelpoint has a dedicated R&D team in Shenzhen, China to integrate ADI chipset and TTPcom stack, develop 2G~2.5G solutions for customers and to provide customised development for application features like Bluetooth, MP3, MPEG4 and mega camera, 3D graphics, USB and SD card - all of which will become mainstream features in the mobile industry in the near future. At the same time, our experienced engineers are able to assist customers in test and production, ensuring quality products to meet end-user requirements all over the world.

Excelpoint Application Support Team

We have a dedicated application support team specially setup for our GSM customers. This team comprises experienced design engineers who have many years of experience between them in GSM R&D, with technical know-how and problem-solving skills.

Our application support engineers are allocated in three major cities in China: Shanghai, Beijing and Shenzhen. In these strategic locations, we also have dedicated account managers who are each in charge of our major accounts.

This team is backed up by the ADI Customer Care Group to cover China/HK and Asia. With this team structure in place, Excelpoint is better able to collaborate with our Principals to resolve customer issues efficiently, with proper resources allocated to priority matters.
