Senior Admin Assistant, Marketing


  • Provide customer service support for Marketing Team, answering of enquiries and attend to all customer complaints and administrative duties for the Marketing Department
  • Assist marketing personnel on reports compilation
  • Handle new enquiries and sending quotations to the customers and make regular follow ups for payment
  • Work closely with customer for the forecast, manage inventory and scheduling the shipments to customers accordingly



  • Degree or diploma in Electronics Engineering or Marketing
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
  • Mature individual who is able to work with the least supervision
