Admin Assistant, Marketing


  • Provide administrative support, sales coordination, processing of purchase order, sending invoice.
  • Smooth running of administrative functions of the department
  • Co-ordinate and work closely with team mates, supporting Marketing Department
  • Work closely with customers & manage inventory, scheduling the shipments, payment and delivery to customers accordingly



  • Graduation and above
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
  • Mature individual who is able to work independently
