Responsibilities

• Determine course content according to objectives
• Creating and delivering training development plan complete with materials, tutorials, instructional manual, and learning resources.
• Design and develop course content and relevant assessments and assignments
• Conceptualize training materials based on data and research.
• Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc.
• Conducting research on new technologies or techniques to determine their feasibility and applicability in order to support course content development
• Creating prototypes of new products or developing models for new courses

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Electronics Engineering/IT/Computer Science or equivalent
• Software programming skills in Python or C/C++
• Understanding of Electronics hardware and components
• Knowledge in IoT or AI/ML or Robotic applications
• SBC or Arduino or any MCU development experience
• The ability to communicate technical information clearly and succinctly to both technical and non-technical team
• Experience in design and create technical course content
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Have conduct training or workshop experience is a plus
• ACTA / ACLP or DACE certification is a plus
