Responsibilities
- Responsible for the full cycle of Talent Acquisition and Talent Management, which includes employee onboarding and off-boarding process, performance management, employee work passes (EP, SP and WP); applications, tracking and renewal of work passes on time
- Led the Learning and Development function; drive training initiatives, identify and recommend relevant training solutions for employees
- A key member in the salary benchmarking exercise, annual employee satisfaction survey, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
- Writing and developing corporate news in Company’s monthly newsletter, including Corporate HR Homepage update
- Mandatory surveys submission; administer, and analyze the data collected
- Ensure HRIS employee data and leave records are up-to-date
- Provide operations and administrative support to the HR & Admin department, and ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Preferably a degree in HR or Business Administration
- Familiar with MOM labour law and Employment Act
- Minimum 3-5 years related working experience
- Meticulous and team player
- Excellent in Microsoft Office
- Familiar with recruitment tools
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good learning and ‘Can do’ mindset
