Responsibilities

• Determine course content according to objectives
• Evaluating needs and current practices
• Creating and delivering a training development plan complete with materials, tutorials, instructions, and learning resources.
• Design and develop course content and learning objectives and relevant assessments and assignments
• Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials
• Conceptualize training materials based on data and research.
• Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually
• Observe and evaluate the results of training programs
• Determine the overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Electronics Engineering/IT/Computer Science or equivalent
• Programming skills in Python or C/C++
• Understanding of Electronics hardware and components
• Knowledge of IoT or AI/ML/DL applications
• Arduino or MCU development experience
• Conducted training or workshop experience
• The ability to communicate technical information clearly and succinctly to both technical and non-technical team
• Experience in designing or conducting technical course content
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• ACTA / ACLP or DACE certification is a plus
